ARAYMOND, JAPAN

ARaymond* in Japan was founded in 1997 and is situated in Kanagawa, 60 km south-east of Tokyo. It has expanded over the years, moving from the Atsugi site to the Isehara site. A new facility at Hadano is planned for July, 2014. Today, 46 people work there and it focuses on the automobile market. Almost 60% of the workforce is based in production and 40% in support functions: administration, accounting, R&D, design offices, sales, etc. Its goal is to widen the range of products on offer for which its expertise will represent true added value.

The whole of production revolves around plastic. Armed with its expertise in plastic injection and assembly, ARaymond develops and manufactures Quick Connectors, mainly for fuel systems, for connecting tubes and nozzles. Sales are mostly made in Japan (50%), where the company is considered as an expert in this field and in Korea (30%). The remaining 20% is spread throughout the world.

The ARaymond™ Bonding Solutions offer a portfolio of assembly solutions onto glass, composites and painted metals (materials difficult to perforate, weld or rivet).
These Bonding Solutions offer a unique combination of innovative dry technology adhesives, adapted processes, customized equipment and full service support.
With high performances, very fast curing, easy automatic feeding and simple activation process, our technical solution is only one aspect of a bonding project, managed from the design phase until serial life.
