Pillar trim clips
Pillar snap clips fasten A, B, and C pillar trim to the car body. They can be disassembled several times for serviceability. They are designed to prevent vibration over the car’s lifetime, enhancing consumers’ perception of overall vehicle quality.
2-stage airbag trim retainers increase passenger safety in the event of an impact. They allow the airbag to deploy but keep the trim panel from being ejected.
Customized pillar fasteners, pre-mounted on car body ready to receive trim and manage wires.

Tool-free disassembly for easy trim serviceability
This innovative two-stage airbag trim retainer fits any A, B, or C pillar. A tool-free blind disassembly process facilitates trim replacement after a crash, without dismounting hole.
The retainer is a two-component assembly produced on a fully-automated assembly line with camera quality inspection.
Door panel clips
These easy-to -install and serviceable snap-on panel fasteners confirm that assembly has been completed correctly with an audible click. High quality sealing ensures water-tightness.
Door panel retainer
This panel retainer prevents door trim from being ejected in the event of a side impact and can be disassembled for servicing. Offers easy quarter-turn installation and tolerance management. High quality sealing ensures water-tightness.

Safe and discreet
This innovative two-component screwless panel retainer is compatible with manual assembly processes.
The pin, pre-mounted to the door trim panel, is manually clipped into the fastener base, easily mounted onto the car body by quarter-turn.
The specially-designed head allows vertical and lateral gap compensation. Simply push to disassemble. Once in place the fastener is invisible, delivering added value in terms of design and aesthetics.
Product focus
High-quality assembly for reduced vehicle noise
A car is subjected to substantial mechanical stress throughout its lifetime. Vibration can compromise structural integrity, ultimately affecting vehicle safety and reliability. And the resulting noise has an enormous impact on consumers’ perceptions of comfort, quality, and performance.
The automotive industry is constantly on the lookout to eliminate NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) and BSR (buzz, squeak, and rattle). Traditionally, testing to identify and eliminate the sources of NVH and BSR issues is done late in the design process.
At ARaymond, we know that fastening quality is a major factor in consumers’ overall perception of vehicle quality. That’s why we focus on NVH and BSR in the early stages of the design process. Our in-house testing lab and expert engineers can assess acoustics, the effects of vibration and temperature on aging, and other key issues, and find the best solution for decoupling vibration, minimizing noise and insulating against airborn noise.
Let us recommend a solution from our catalog or work with you to innovate a new solution to meet your needs.

We actually listen to our parts, because we know that our fastening solutions can really make the difference in terms of the perceived overall quality of a car.
Reducing BSR (buzz, squeak, and rattle) and thus improving passenger comfort is one of today’s major concerns in the automotive industry. At ARaymond, we know that fastening quality can contribute a lot if we focus on BSR in the early stages of the design process. Acoustics assessments help us develop fastening solutions that can reduce the impact of vibration and noise.

Fasteners increase passive safety
Fasteners like push rivets serve as “mechanical fuses,” improving impact absorption. When they break under the force of an impact, the rivets prevent the shock wave from spreading and protect the parts fastened from deformation.
They also simplify maintenance and lower costs by allowing the equipment to be easily disassembled without being damaged.
