ARaymond in Brazil has achieved ISO TS16949:2009 recertification and maintained a site expansion program.
The quality management team continued working on the quality management system while it was involved in a major site expansion project.
Despite considerable interference in all processes while the site doubled in size from 5,000 m² to 10,000 m² the team met the requirements for recertification with no non-conformances. At the same time ARaymond Brazil quality management team also maintained a high level of quality and service to all customers.
ARaymond Brazil has over 180 customers, as well many different customer requirements integrated on only one quality system.
ISO/TS 16949 is the global technical specification and quality management standard for the automotive industry and its supply chain. TÜV NORD has been certifying ARaymond in Brazil for ISO/TS 16949 since 2003.
