More than 350 Engineers have visited this event, which was a very big success.

This is proving that A Raymond is very well established and known at this OEM and offers the right solutions in these tough days.

A highlight was the live demonstration of the door module assembly with A Raymond RayTOOL® system. The door panel, cladding insert and other door components are assembled with plastic rivets. The rivets come from an “endless” coil and are 100% controlled.
The rivets themselves save weight compared to metal weld nuts and screws but major savings come from assembly where, it is claimed, a 50% reduction in assembly time could be achieved.
Besides A Raymond core business products (fasteners, clips) other product families were presented. In particular, Rayconnect for fuel handling solutions (quick connectors) and Raybond showing its innovative adhesives and applications.

AR Germany focuses on products which help the OEM and the Tier 1 to reduce assembly time and cost.
A Raymond also presented its expertise in providing developments for specific car modules such as climate, lighting, electrical, door systems, etc...
